Radiometry - Photometry

Radiometry from ultraviolet to infrared
The research carried out in this field has two main objectives:
- establishing practical methods to determine the absolute spectral sensitivity of detection instruments used in radiometry in the infrared field,
- once these measuring systems have been characterized and calibrated, studying the infrared radiation generated by heat sources, arcs or lamps.

These studies require the implementation of extensive resources in the optics laboratory, which are also used in conventional or laser radiometry.
